Defendant no. 1 mortgaged his immovable properties i.e., Total Land measuring Raqba 33 Bighe 5 Biswe as per below details A) 23 Bighas of vacant Land situated at Village Khanpur Khurd, Tehsil Rajpura, District Patiala. B) 10 Bighas 5 Biswas of Land situated at Village Pabri, Tehsil Rajpura, District Patiala. Vide Declaration under Section 4(1) of Punjab Agricultural credit operations and Miscellaneous provisions (Banks) Act, 1978) along with true translation & Letter to Sub Registrar for creation charge dated 22.08.2016, which are Annexures A6 & A7 to this OA.
