Matter is taken through Video conferencing/Hybrid mode.
The Ld. counsel for applicant bank submitted that she has filed satisfaction affidavit of AR vide dy. no.250U2oz6 dated 26.02.2026. It is submitted that during pendency of the present oA proceedings, the defendants approached the applicant bank for foreclosure settlement of loan in question bearing no.250041105170019, and have paid entire outstanding amount with charge/interest on 03.1L.2025 as showing in statement of account dated L2.02.2026 as such the loan account of the defendants is showing zero (0) balance. In view of the same, the applicant bank has received the entire foreclosure settlement amount from the defendants, and nothing remains payable from defendants, side. In view of the foreclosure settlement with defendants, the applicant bank doesn't want to pursue and continue the present OA proceeding.
In view of the above submission made by the Ld. counsel for applicant bank, 0A/550/2024 is dismissed as withdrawn.
