The Applicant Bank filed the present OA for the recovery a total sum of Rs.26,68,484/- towards CC Loan A/c. No.43266878030 from the defendant with future interest @12.759o p.a. with monthly rests from the date of application till the date of realization along with costs and in default for sale of hypothecated assets.
