This compromise settlement between the parties is suo motto and with free will.
In these circumstances, compromise is recorded. Now, the matter stand disposed of in terms of compromise and the original documents , if any, filed before onilti, oetni be returned to applicant bank. The date already fixed in the matter before DRT stands cancelled. The file be consigned to record room.
The applicant bank is at liberty to move an appropriate application for seeking refund of court fees.
