The Applicant Bank filed the present OA for the recovery a total sum of Rs.4,48,92,587.33ps from the defendants jointly and severally with future interest @14.14olo p.a. with monthly rests from the date of application till the date of realization along with costs and in default for sale of OA schedule properties.

WS not filed by D1 to 4 hence, their right was forfeited on 27.04.2025 and DE not filed by D1 to 4 hence, their right was forfeited and were set ex-parte on 26.02.2026 as called absent and no representation.

The Applicant Bank examined Haritha Devi, Legal Manager, as AW-1 and marked 113 documents through her as Ex. A.1 to Ex. A. 1 13.
