The Applicant Bank filed the present OA for the recovery a total sum of Rs. 66,86,806.20 ps i.e., Rs. 66,68,3t7/- in loan A/c. No.0280675100066158 and Rs. 18,489.20 ps towards loan A/c. No.0280778000001052 from defendants 1 & 2 jointly and severally with future interest @ 1go/o p,a. with monthly rests from 07.04.2026 till the date of realization along with costs, and in default sale of OA mortgaged property.

Summonses served on Defendants 1 & 2 through paper publication and were set exparte on 30.07.2026 as called absent and no representation,

The Applicant Bank examined Mrs. Vimala priya Malireddi, Chief Manager, as AW-1 and marked 13 documents through them as Ex.A.1 to Ex.A.13.

Heard learned counsel for the applicant. perused the material placed on record.

As stated supra, th outunoants remained ex-parte, The Evidence Affidavit ao.u tpled with the recitals in the documents viz., Exs.A.1 to A.13 on behalf of the Applicant Bank clinches the claim o, ,nrurnud Hence, r hod that;;li."TI:.ffi?JT ::lTj::# to the Applicant Bank with future interest and costs.

In the result, the present Original Application No.494/2026 is allowed as under: _

i) The Defendants 1 & 2 are joinHy and severally liable to pay to the Applicant Bank a sum Rs. 66,86,806.20 ps with future interest @ 6.95% p.a. simple from the date of application till the date of realization;

ii) the OA claim is secured by way of mortgage of property, as described in the schedule annexed to the OA and applicant bank is entitled to proceed against the same for realisation of dues;
