1. In this matter at the time of preparation of Recovery
Certificate it is noticed that there is a mistake occurred in the
Date of Presentation 30.01.2021 and Date of Registered
05.07.2021 wrongly inserted. It should be read Date of
Presentation 30.01.2024 and Date of Registered 05.07.2024.
2. Save and except the above, there are no other changes in the
Judgment and Order dated 13 th October, 2025.
3. A copy of this order be placed along with the Judgment and
Order dated 13 th October, 2025, Recovery Certificate be
issued accordingly.
