Advocate for the Applicant submits that the matter has been amicably settled with the Defendants for a sum of Rs.10 lakhs in full and final settlement. Now, the Applicant does not wish to proceed with this O.A. Hence, seeks for withdrawal of the present O.A. In view of the above submissions, the withdrawal of I.A. No.1585 of 2026 is allowed. Resultantly, O.A. No.476 of 2025 stands disposed of as withdrawn. Pending IAs, if any, stands disposed of. The Applicant shall be entitled to refund of court fees as per Rules.
