The Applicant Bank fired the present oA for the recovery of a sum of Rs.23,36,928.91ps towards Loan A/c.Nos.57907041 & gB22O7Bg from the defendant with future interest @L4o/o p.a. & @10.99o/o p.a. with monthly rests from the date of apprication tiil the date of realisation along with costs.

Summon served on sole defendant through paper publication and was set exparte on 02.12.2022 as called absent and no representation.

The Applicant Bank examined Akash Ghosh, Legal Manager as AW-1 and marked 0B documents through him as N'"Ex. A.1 to Ex. A.B.
