3 to 5 stood as guarantors for both the loan facilities vide guarantee deed dated 30.10.2020. Both the loan facilities were chargeable to different rates of interest. On 30.09.2023, a sum of ₹31,13,136/- was due from the defendants. Despite repeated requests, defendants did not make the repayment. Hence, this application.
