The dispute between the parties have been referred for determination in the Lok Adalat and the parties having compromised/settled the case/matter, the following award is passed in terms of the settlement: -
The case is taken up for hearing.
The claim of the petitioner Bank recoverable from the Defendant amounts to Rs. 52,06,732.50 lac + further interest.
The parties have amicably settled dispute at Rs. 8.50 lac.
Defendant will pay Rs. 1,00,000/- within seven days though RTGS and required to pay Rs. 7,50,000/- to the Defendant in following terms and conditions:
i) Rs. 2.50 lacs by August,2026.
ii) Rs. 2.50 lacs by September,2026 and iii) Rs. 2.50 lacs before 25/10/2026.
List the matter on 19/11/2026.
Parties are directed to file documents regarding final payment of settlement on the next date.
Copy of this order be sent to the parties.
