The dispute between the parties having been referred for determination to the National Lok Adalat and the parties having compromised/setued the case/matter, the following Award is passed in terms of thJSetflement.

The Ld. Counsel for applicant bank alongwith Shri Pawan Kumar, Chief Manager, Ms. Riya verma, Nodal oflcer and Mr. sanjeev Dubey, Law officer submits that bank has received an amount of Rs.2,L2r60r661.89 towlrds full and final satisfaction of the claims of the bank before National Lok Adalat.
Accordingly, the dispute between the pafties stands amicably settled.
This compromise settlement between the parties is suo motto and with free will.
In these circumstances, compromise is recorded. Now, the matter stand disposed of in terms of compromise and the original documents , if'any, filed before oniiri, o.lni be returned to applicant bank. The Jate already fixed in the matter before DRT stands cancelled. The file be consigned to record room.
