the Defendants failed and neglected to pay the same. The loan account of the Defendants became irregular and classified as NPA on 31.10.2023. Therefore, the Applicant Bank issued legal notice to the Defendants through their Advocate on 24.08.2023 and posted on 25.08.2023. Despite service of Notice, the Defendants failed and neglected to repay the outstanding dues of the Applicant Bank. Hence, this application is filed.
