State Bank of India versus M/S Om Motors

In this matter, counsel for the bank submits that the matter has been settled for sum of Rs. 28.50 Lac. The original application was filed by the bank in the year 2022 for sum of Rs. 39.00 Lac, therefore, the bank has given ample rebate of more than Rs. 9.00 Lac in the OA amount and has also for gone the interest of four years including all the expenses incurred by them which include the court fees.

Counsel for the applicant bank requested for return of original title documents.

In view of the above, this original application is permitted to withdraw and Registry is directed to return the original title documents to the Authorized Officer of the bank after acknowledgment of the same.

Accordingly, this Original Application stands disposed of as withdrawn. File be consigned to record, as per rules. Copy of order be uploaded on website.
