This matter is taken by this Tribunal in hybrid mode i.e. physical as well as through Video Conferencing.
The dispute between the parties having been referred for determination to the Special Lok Adalat and the parties having compromised/settled the case/matter, the foilowing Award is passed in terms of the Settlement.

Both the parties are agreed to settled the matter for consideration of Rs.20.O0 !acs. The upfront amount of Rs. 5.00 lacs shall be paid by 02.06.2026 and the remaining amount of Rs.10 lacs shall be paid by the defendant no.1 within 03 months i.e. 31.08.2026 from today i.e. 30.05.2026. The remaining balance of Rs. 5.00 lacs shall be paid by 30.11.2026 by the defendant no.1 with delayed period of interest shall be charged at One year MCLR as on the last date of previous financial year + 4olo (Simple) on reducing balance of settled amount. In case if the defendant no.1 fails todeposit the aforesaid amount on or before 31.08.2026 and 30.11.2026 the applicant bank is at liberty to revive the case after moving an appropriate application before the Honble Presiding Officer, DRT-II, Delhi after the adjustment of recovered amoun! if any.
Accordingly, the dispute between the parties stands amicabty settled.
This compromise settlement between the parties is suo motto and with free will.
In these circumstances, compromise is recorded. Now, the matter stand disposed of in terms of compromise and the original documents, if any, filed before DRT-II, Delhi be returned to applicant bank. The date already fixed in the matter before DRT stands cancelled. The file be consigned to record room.
