ORDER
- The Applicant Bank filed the present OA against Defendant for recovery of a total sum of Rs.63,16,637.29. ps. ( Rupees Sixty Three Lakhs Sixteen Thousand Six Hundred Thirty Seven and Paise Twenty Nine Only) with future rate of interest @24.00%p.a with monthly rests from the date of this application till the date of realization.
As per the averments in the application, the Applicant Bank states that Defendant availed personal loan facility of Rs.59,78,243l- repayable in 72 equated monthly installments of Rs.1,12,2651- p.m with interest @1O.SO% p.a and executed Agreement of Loan dated 1 j.0l .2O2S in favor of the Applicant Bank. After availing the loan facility, the Defendant failed to comply the terms of sanction, hence the applicant bank classified the account as NPA and issued Demand Notice dated 23.04.2026 to the defendant. lnspite of several requests and demands, the defendant did not clear the outstanding.
