ORDER

The Applicant Bank filed the^{present OA against Defendants} for recovery of a total sum of^{Rs. 20,17,130.75 ps (Rupees} Twenty Lakhs Seventeen^{Thousand One Hundred Thirty And} seventy five Paisa^{Only) with future interest} @125%^{p.a with} monthly rests including^{penalinterest} @2%^{p.a from 17.05.2026} till the date of realization.

As per the averments^{in the application, the ApplicantBank states} that Defendants^{availed cash credit Loan facility of} Rs.20,00,000/- with^interest @11.55%^{p.a and executed} Hypothecation Agreement^{(for agricultural advances)dated} 04.02.2023, lnterest^{Agreement dated 04.02.2023in favor of} the Applicant Bank.^{Afteravailingthe loan facility, the defendants} failed to comply the^{terms of sanction, hence the applicant} bank ctassified the^{account as NPA on 30'04 '2026 and} issued Legal notice^{dated 25.05.2026 to the defendants.lnspite} of several requests^{and demands,the defendants did not clear} the outstanding.^{Hence this OA.}

The Applicant Bank is also entitled to proceed against the properties of Defendant No. 1 firm and person and properties of Defendants no. 2 to 10 towards realization of the debt due.

That Applicant Bank is entitled to the costs of the OA.

The Applicant shall file a cost memo within two weeks from the date of receipt of order.
