- The Applicant Bank filed the present OA against Defendant for recovery of a total sum of Rs.29,81,81g.00. ps. (Rupees Twenty Nine Lakhs Eighty One Thousand and Sixty Seven Only) with future rate of interest @24.00% p.a with monthty rests from 07.05.2026 till the date of realization.
