Accordingly, the dispute between the^parties stands^{amicably settled.}

This compromise settlement between the^partiesis suo^{mottoand with free will.}

In these circumstances, compromise is recorded.^{Now, the matterstand disposed of} in terms of compromise and the original documents,^{if any, filed before DRT-II, Delhi} be returned to applicant bank. The date already^{fixed in the matter beforeDRT stands} cancelled. The file be consigned to record^room.

The applicant bank is at libefi to move an appropriate^{applicationfor seeking refund} of court fees.
