Deceased defendant No. 3 stood guarantor for the repayment of loan availed by defendant Nos.1 and 2. In order to secure the aforesaid loan facility, defendant Nos.1 to 3 have executed necessary loan and security documents in favour of the applicant Bank. Defendant Nos.1 and 2 have also executed equitable mortgage in favour of the applicant Bank in respect of all that piece and parcel of Flat No. 601, admeasuring 712.86 square feet (saleable area), 6th Floor, Wing A, Silicon Tower, Building A, B, C, C Co-op. Housing Society Ltd., Sector 30-A, Washi, Navi Mumbai. 3. Thereafter, again on the request of defendant Nos.1 and 2 and deceased defendant No.3, the applicant Bank sanctioned and disbursed Term loan facility of Rs.10,00,000/- to them for the purpose of cultivation of mango vide Sanction Letter dated 15.12.2014. Defendant No.4 stood guarantor for the repayment of loan availed by defendant Nos.1 to 3. In order to secure the aforesaid loan facility, defendant Nos.1 to 4 have executed necessary loan and security documents in favour of the applicant Bank.
