Accordingly, the dispute between^{the pafties stands amicably settled.}

This compromise settlement between^{the parties is suo mottoand with free will.}

In these circumstances, compromise^{is recorded. Now, the matter stand disposed of} in terms of compromise and^{the original documents,if any, filed before DRT-II, Delhi} be returned to applicant bank.^{The date already fixed in the matter beforeDRT stands} cancelled. The file be consigned to^{record room.}

The applicant bank is at liberty^{to move an appropriate applicationfor seeking refund} of court
