As per the loan application dated 26.09.2018 of the defendant, the applicant Bank sanctioned the Term loan facility of Rs.32,00,000/- under CGTMSE Scheme to the defendant for purchasing a Fiber Fishing Boat vide Sanction Letter dated 09.10.2018.
In order to secure the aforesaid loan facility, the defendant has executed necessary loan and security documents in favour of the applicant Bank.

telephonically, however, the defendant failed and neglected to pay the outstanding dues of the applicant Bank.

05.12.2019, an amount of Rs.35,21,746/- is outstanding against the defendant. However, the account extract produced by the applicant Bank itself shows outstanding amount of Rs.33,14,644/- as on 05.12.2019. Therefore, the applicant Bank is entitled for recovery certificate for Rs.33,14,644/-.
Hence, I pass the following order.
O R D E R
B} The defendant shall pay to the applicant Bank the sum of Rs.33,14,644/- (Rupees Thirty Three Lakh Fourteen Thousand Six Hundred Forty Four only) along with future interest @9% per annum from the date of filing of the Original Application i.e. 09.12.2019 till full payment/realization of the amount mentioned in this operative order.
