Heard the Ld. Counsel for the^{Applicant Bank. Perusedthe} material Placed on record.

The^point that arises^{for conslderation is:-}

Whether the Applicant^{Bank is entitled} for the claim made in the^{OA against} the Defendant?

As stated supra, the Defendant^{remainedex-parte.The} Evidence Affidavit^{coupledwith the recitals in the documents} viz., Exs.A.l to A.23^{marked on behalf of the ApplicantBank} clinches the claim of^{the ApplicantBank againstthe Defendant.} Hence, I hold that the^{Defendant is liable to pay the OA claim to} the Applicant Bank^{with futureinterest and costs.}

In the result, the^present Origlnal^{ApplicationNo.27312025is} allowed as under:^-

i) The Defendant is liable to^pay to^the Applicant Bank a sum of^{Rs.3,56,35,047l-} towards CC Limit^Loan with^{futureinterest} @10.600/o^{p.a. simplefrom the date of} application till the date of^realization;

ii) the OA claim is secured by way of lA^49/2026 schedule immovable^property to the^{OA and} the applicant bank is entitled to^proceed asainst the same to^realiseits debtf4#($
