Present: Mr. RS Bhatia, Counsel for the Applicant alongwith Mr.Rishav Rawat, Chief Manager, PNB. Mr.Nikunj Dhawan, Counsel for the defendant.
Mr.Bhatia, counsel for the applicant bank states that the defendants have made the full payment of the amount due by way of demand draft today, which has been handed over to Mr. Rishav Rawat, Chief Manager, PNB.
Counsel for the defendant undertakes to withdraw all the cases filed by the defendant against bank or its officials/officers. Counsel for the bank also undertakes to return all the documents of title and also issue NOC on the encashment of the demand draft. Mr.Bhatia states that he does not want to pursue the present OA.
