- As per the averments in the application, the Applicant Bank states that Defendant no. 1 along with Defendant No. 2 availed Home loan facility of Rs.44,00,0001 repayable in 60 Half yearly installments of Rs.2,19,8781 with interest @8.80% p.a and executed necessary documents such as Housing Loan Agreement daled 04.03.2024 in favor of the Applicant Bank. The Defendants stood as a Guarantor and executed Guarantee Agreement dated 04.03.2024 in favor of the Applicant Bank. The Defendants created Equitable Mortgage morefully

Memorandum of Deposit of Title Deeds dated 15.03.2024 and deposited Sale Deed dated 15.03.224 in lavor of the Applicant Bank.
