defendants wrongly inserted. It should be read .
1. Branch at Town Centre, CIDCO, Aurangabad – 431003.
2. Address of defendants: Tenement No. D-28/09, Sector N-
12, Sr. No. 19/P, Type A-121, 8 th housing scheme, Situated
at N-12, CIDCO, Aurangabad.
2. Save and except the above, there are no other changes in the
Judgment and Order dated 05 th January, 2026.
3. A copy of this order be placed along with the Judgment and
Order dated 05 th January, 2026, Recovery Certificate be
issued accordingly.
