(4) Defendants are glven a tlme of thlrty days from the date of the JudgmenvFlnal Order for repaying of the above mentloned dues, so tnumated to them. In case the defendants fall to pay the dues wlthln the above menuoned flme, the appltcant bank ls entlded to recover lts dues by sale of secured assets, tf any. Appllcant bank is also enfltled to proceed agalnst personal prope.tles of the defeodants (Both movable and lmmovable) and also pro€eed agalnst the defendants personally to recover the dues ln accordance wlth law.

(5) Let the Certlicate of Recovery be drdwn up by Ld. Regtstrar forthwtth tn terms of Judgment for lssuanc€ of the same agalnst defendants tn favour of the appltcant bank under Sectlon 19 (22) of the Recovery of Debts and Bankruptcy Act, 1993 and put up the same for lssuance of the Cer flcate.
