Plot No. 377 and 379 within Mouza: Binnaguri, Paragana: Baikunthapur, JL No 03, Sheet No. 20 (R.S.) and 20 (L.R.) Police station: New Jalpaiguri, Jughibhita, Mahananda Project, Near D.A.V. School, Fulbari, Under Fulbari-II Gram Panchayat Area, Dist: Jalpaiguri, A.D.S.R. Bhaktinagar, Pin:735135. The Property stands in the name of SOYEL ALAM, S/o Jalil Hoque by virtue of Deed of Sale Being No. I-2084 for the year 2024. The said property is more fully described in the 'Schedule' of the original application. A Letter of Undertaking To Be Obtained From The Applicant For Advances Against Immovable Property and a Letter of Deposit of Title Deeds to be obtained from the Mortgagors was executed by the Applicant Bank. After availing the loan, the defendants failed to repay the dues of the loan accounts and as such the accounts were classified as N.P.A. on 28.09.2025. Thereafter, as the defendants neglected to repay the dues of loan inspite of demands and requests made by the applicant bank, the Applicant Bank issued Notices dated 16.10.2025 under the provision of Section 13(2) of the SARFAESI Act, 2002 upon the defendants but the defendants did not comply with the said notices. After giving credits for all sums of moneys paid by and/or realized on behalf of the defendants a sum of Rs.24,83,371.55P (Rupees Twenty-Four Lacs Eighty-Three Thousand Three Hundred Seventy-One and Paise Fifty-Five) only with interest calculated upto 28.09.2025 was due against the defendants in the loan account No. 17060610020128 (TL).
