The dispute between the parties having been referred for determination to the National Lok Adalat and the parties having compromised/settled the case/matter, the following Award is passed in terms of the Settlement.

The Ld. Counsel for applicant bank alongwith Shri Ajay Kishan, Chief Manager for applicant bank submits that bank has received an overdue amount of Rs.12,6&000/- and the account has been upgraded.
In these circumstances, upgradation of account is recorded. Now, the matter stand disposed of in view of the above and the original documents, if any, filed before DRTII, Delhi be returned to applicant bank. The date already fixed in the matter before DRT stands cancelled. The file be consigned to record room.
The applicant bank is at libefi to move an appropriate application for seeking refund of court fees.
