Ld. Advocate Ms. Samapti Roy appears for the Applicant Bank and filed withdrawal petition being IA/1444/2026 by put up IA/1450/2026. In the above said application it was stated that the Applicant has filed an original application for recovery of a sum of Rs.63,21,341.18P including interest and other reliefs. During pendency of the Proceedings there has been a settlement between the parties and the Bank has received Rs. 29,00,000/- towards One Time Settlement of the dues. Hence, they do not want to proceed with the case. This application is affirmed by Mr. Arvind Kumar, Chief Manager of the Bank and his signature is identified by Advocate on record. A copy of No due Certificate is annexed to this IA. In view of this, no prejudice will be caused to the OA defendants if their response is dispensed with in this IA.
