The Applicant Bank filed the^{present OA against Defendant for} recovery of a total sum of Rs.25,47,726.00 Ps.^(Rupees Twenty Five Lakhs Forty Seven^{Thousand SevenHundred} and Twenty Six Only) with^{future interesl} @11.55o/o^{p'a with} monthly rests from 07 .11.2025^{till the date of realization.}

As per the averments in the^{application, the Applicant Bank} states that Defendant availed^{Personal Loan under Xpress} Credit Limit of Rs.27,60,000/-^{repayableinT2equatedmonthly} installments of Rs.53,315/- with^interest @11.55o/o^{p'a with} and executed Personal^{LoanAgreementdated} of the Applicant Bank.^{After availingthe loan} failed to comply the terms of^sanction, * ,.-,
