₹15.00Lacs to ₹40.00Lacs. On 03.03.2016, the limit was renewed and enhanced from ₹40.00Lacs to ₹50.00Lacs. On 19.03.2019, the limit was lastly renewed for ₹50.00Lacs. On 16.06.2020, the bank granted a G.E.C.L. Facility of ₹10.00Lacs and on 24.12.2021, the bank granted another G.E.C.L. Limit of ₹5.00Lacs to defendant no.1 through its Karta Defendant no.2. To secure the loan, Defendant no.3 had mortgaged his property (fully detailed in para No.3A of the application). Defendant no.3 stood as the guarantor for all the facilities. The loans were chargeable to different rates of interest. On 10.10.2023, a sum of ₹64,42,605/- was due from the defendants. Despite repeated requests, defendants did not make the repayment. Hence, this application.

allowed with costs. The liability of all the defendants would be joint and several. Bank can recover its dues by the sale of mortgaged property fully detailed in para No.3A of the application as well as from the personal movable and immovable property(ies) of the defendants. 7. Pending IAs, if any, stand disposed of. 8. Recovery Certificate be issued accordingly. 9. Parties are directed to appear before Recovery Officer on 29.05.2026, who is directed to distribute the sale proceeds of the mortgaged property(ies) and hypothecated assets as per the provisions of Section 19(20-AB) of the Act . 10.
