detailed in para No.3A of the application). Defendant No.3 stood as guarantor vide guarantee agreement dated 06.05.2006. On 11.09.2009, at the request of the defendants, bank granted another Term Loan-II of Rs.12.00Lacs to defendant Nos.1 and 2 for housing purpose. To secure the Term Loan-II, Defendant Nos.1 and 2 had mortgaged their property (fully detailed in para No.3A of the application). Again on 17.08.2017, bank granted a Term Loan of Rs.7.00 Lacs to defendant No.1 for personal use. Defendant Nos. 2 and 4 stood as guarantors for the Term Loan of Rs.7.00 Lacs vide guarantee agreement dated 25.08.2017. All the loan facilities were chargeable at different rates of interest. Defendants had duly acknowledged their liability towards the debt on 13.05.2008, 08.04.2011, 04.09.2012, 02.04.2014, 30.08.2014, 19.07.2016, 28.03.2017, 21.05.2019, 27.02.2020, 21.08.2020 and 18.04.2022. On 31.05.2022, a sum of Rs.23,53,068.41p was due from the defendants. Despite repeated requests, defendants did not make the repayment. Hence, this application. 3. On 12.07.2022, summonses were sent to the defendants by registered post, which were duly served. However, defendants did not put in appearance.
