Defendant no.2 is deceased and now represented by her legal heirs. The defendants had acknowledged the liability towards the debt on 30.11.2016 and 23.08.2019. On 30.04.2022, a sum of Rs.32,59,454/- was due from the defendants. Despite repeated requests, defendants did not make the repayment. Hence, this application.
