Kumar, Senior Manager of the applicant, who is competent to institute the Original Application vide Power of Attorney dated 04.11.2016, which is Annexure A1 to this OA. 2. The brief facts of the OA are that Sh. Salinder Singh (Since deceased) a pproached the applicant for grant of Oriental Green Card Limit of Rs.10,00,00.00. 3. The applicant sanctioned the Oriental Green Card Limit of Rs.10,00,00.00 vide Application Form cum Process Note for OGC Facility along with Sanction Letter dated 06.03.2012, which is Annexure A2 to this OA and the terms and conditions were duly accepted by Sh. Salinder Singh (Since deceased) and defendant no. 2. Defendant no.2 stood as guarantor. 4. Sh. Salinder Singh (Since deceased) mortgaged his Immovable Property i.e., Land measuring 13 Kanal 3 Marla situated at Singhanwala – II, Tehsil & District Moga, as per Jamabandi for the year 2007-2008 vide Registered Mortgage Deed No. 10905, dated 14.03.2012, along with affidavit and search report, which are Annexure A5(Colly) to this OA. Documents executed: Agreement for Hypothecation of existing and future crops/moveable assets/live stock to secure a cash credit account of Oriental Green Card, Agreement of Guarantee, both dated 19.03.2012, which are Annexures A3 & A4 to this OA; Balance and Security Confirmation Letters dated 18.12.2014, 18.12.2017, 20.03.2020, which are Annexure A6(Colly) to this OA; Legal Notices dated 21.12.2018, 01.08.2019, along with postal receipts, which are Annexure A7(Colly) to this OA; Statement of Account along with certificate, which is Annexure A8(Colly) to this OA. 5. The loan account became irregular and was classified as NPA and after adjusting debit and credit entries in the loan account there was a debit of Rs.26,94,272.00, which is recoverable and the defendants were served recall notices but they did not repay the outstanding amount, therefore, the applicant requested to accept the application and to issue Recovery Certificate accordingly.
