Heard on MA No. 73/2026 filed by the bank for correction in the judgment dated 19.05.2026 and Recovery Certificate, passed by this Tribunal in OA No. 574/2023.
It is stated that due to some typographical mistake in the judgment and RC, the name of defendant No. 1 has been wrongly mentioned as Satwinder Singh son of Mohal Lal, instead of Satwinder Kumar son of Mohal Lal.
Accordingly, the Court Master is directed to make necessary correction in the original judgment and Recovery Certificate. The name of defendant No. 1 be read as ‘Satwinder Kumar’ instead of Satwinder Singh. A copy of this order be also sent to the Recovery Officer concerned.
Accordingly, the MA stands disposed of . File be consigned to the record room after due compliance.
