- This petition has been filed by the petitioner seeking to substitute HDFC Bank Ltd.

- The petitioner has filed an application for substitution of earlier HDFC Bank Ltd. which had assigned their debts to the petitioner herein i.e. Assets Reconstruction Co. India Ltd. vide Deed of Assignment dated 28.03.2025.

- The present application being formal in nature, MA No.42/2026 stands allowed to the extent of substitution of cause title in the OA and Recovery Certificate. Amended cause title be filed within a period of 15 days from today and necessary amendment be carried out in the recovery certificate. Issue an intimation certificate in the recovery certificate DRC 232/2018.
