Counsel for the applicant has filed this Misc. Application in OA no. 638/2019 which was decided by this Tribunal on 17.09.2021 and he submitted that the matter has been settled with the applicant bank and the certificate debtors have deposited entire OTS amount, therefore, he prayed that the recovery proceedings pending before the Ld. Recovery Officer in Recovery Certificate No. 363/2021 may kindly be closed and return the original title documents.
Heard arguments.
The Ld. Recovery Officer is directed to close the proceedings of Recovery Certificate No. 363/2021 and Registry is directed to return the original documents, if any, to the Authorized Officer of the applicant bank after acknowledgement of the same.
