- This Misc. Application filed in M.A no. 181/2026 for modification of in order dated 13.08.2026. He prayed that in order dated 13.08.2026 the prayer was “for return of original documents”, but inadvertently it was mentioned “for return of original title document”. Therefore, he prayed that order may be passed for return of original documents i.e. Annexure-3 to Annexure-14.

- In view of the above, the order dated 13.08.2026 is modified to the extent that the Registry is directed to return the original documents i.e. Annexure-3 to Annexure-14 to the Authorized Officer of the applicant bank after acknowledgement of the same. Accordingly, this Misc. Application stands disposed of.
