This Misc. Application filed in SA no. 511/2023 for modification of order dated 20.05.2026. In the order dated 20.05.2023 passed in SA no. 511/2023 it was ordered that "...police is directed to ensure to maintain law and order situation as and when the bank officer goes to take possession within 10 days from today... Let the bank approach the concerned Police Authority."

The counsel for the bank submits that the bank has been facing difficulty in securing timely compliance from the police authorities with the order dated 20.05.2026. Subsequent to which the applicant has also made multiple representation to the concerned police authorities, however, the compliance was still not effected. Consequent to which, the SA Applicants are still in possession of the subject property. In these circumstances, and solely with a view to ensuring its effective and active execution, it would serve the interest of justice if the specific police station and officers named herein below are directed by name to render assistance to the Applicant Bank. 4. That the mortgaged property falls within the territorial jurisdiction of:-

Police, Pali , is directed to render all necessary police assistance/force to the Authorized Officer of the RespondentApplicant Bank in taking physical possession of the mortgaged property, i.e., Plot No. 21, Bhawani Colony, Pali .

It is also directed that Smt. Nirma Visnoi, SHO, Audyogik Nagar Thana, Pali, and Smt. Monica Sen, Superintendent of Police, Pali , to ensure adequate police protection/force is provided to the Authorized Officer of the Respondent-Applicant Bank as and when the Bank proceeds to take possession of the mortgaged property, without demanding any Police Protection/Jaapta fee, in terms of the observations already recorded in the Order dated 20.05.2026.
