This is fresh ma filed with the prayer to recall the order dated 08.05.2026 passed by the Hon'ble tribunal in OA no. 1389 of 2022 titled union bank of India Vs Shri Shankar Lal, whereby petition has been dismissed considering the settlement in Lok-Adalat and for restoring the OA no. 1389 of 2022 titled union bank of India Vs Shri Shankar Lal on number for hearing on merits.
This MA is a misconceived one. The final orders are passed in form of Lok Adalat, therefore, OA cannot be restored.
Accordingly, MA stands dismissed.
