ORDER IN MA No. 139/2026
who was handling the case, did not collected the OA bundle from the Registry and was also not responding to the calls of the applicant bank. Finally, when the Authorised Officer visited his office personally, the erstwhile Advocate had taken return of the same and handed over to the applicant bank along with change of vakalath. Hence OA could not be represented within the time granted by this Tribunal, which is neither wilful nor wanton, but only due to aforesaid reasons. Therefore, the applicant bank prayed for condonation of delay of 1199 days in representing the OA.
