This MA has been filed by the applicant with a prayer to withdraw recovery proceedings being initiated so far with Recovery Case no. 153/2017 in OA/233/2014 and Learned Recovery Officer be directed to get the recovery proceedings closed in RC/153/2017 in complete/full satisfaction of dues of the applicant bank. It is also prayed that original title deed may be returned marked Ex. A-16, photocopy of title deed of previous owner marked Ex. A-17 and Affidavit of Shri Prabhu Lal and Shri Dashrath Soni marked Ex.A-19.

Prayer stands allowed.

Recovery Officer is directed to close the recovery proceedings in the above mentioned RC and consign the file to record room. The prayer is allowed for return Original title documents . Registry is directed to return the original title docuements to authorised officer of the applicant bank after obtaining proper receipt of the same.

With these directions, MA stands disposed of as allowed.
