In this matter, the Registry is decline to register the Original Application on the ground of non-compliance of orders of Hon’ble Chairperson dated 09.09.2025. The bank is well-aware of those orders, still upon filing of the original application, the documents were not get verified on the same date.
The first plea taken by the applicant is that a fees which they deposited on 17.12.2025 was declined and deducted from the bank account, but on 23.12.2025 the court fees was refunded to their account. Thereafter, only towards the end of the December, 2025 they came to know that original documents have to be verified on the same day. The bank has aware about the orders of Hon’ble Chairperson. Therefore, non-compliance does not entitle them for any relief.
The counsel as stated that his grandfather was not well, therefore, he could not get the original document verified. Though, the Tribunal is not convinced still, in the interest of justice this Chamber Appeal is allowed and Original Application is allowed to be registered and documents will be verified today itself.
In view of the above, this Chamber Appeal stands disposed of as allowed and Registry is directed to register this Original Application.
