Counsel for the applicant^{bank submitsthat the} applicant bank has^{proceeded with the auction of the} moftgaged^property on 30.07.2024,^{for a consideration of Rs.} 1,91.00;000/-.The^{loan account stood closedwith an adjusted} amount of Rs. !,72,95,020.471-.^{The excess amount, after such} adjustment, is subject to^{deductionstowards legal and other} incidental expenses incurred^{by the Bank. The remainingexcess} amount is^{presently lying with the bank, and several} communications have^{been made to the borrower for collection} of the same. The terms of^{settlement have been duly complied} with and the account of^{Mr. KulbhushanSachdevnow stands} settled in the records of^{applicantbank.Hence, the applicant} bank wishes to withdraw^{the present TA.}

In view of the above^{submissionmade by the Ld. Counsel for} applicant bank, IA^{no.2019/2025is allowed. TNB3|2023 is} dismissed as withdrawn.
