Present: Mr. Gautam Kumar, counser for applicant bank. Mr. Joby^p. Varghese, counsel for defendants.

Matter is taken through Video conferen cing/ hybrid Mode.

lAl affidavit dated 22.04.2025 has been filed by the applicant bank for withdrawal of the present TA.

The Ld. counsel for the applicant bank submits that upon the approval of the ors by the Applicant Bank, the Respondent company had paid Rs.3 crores immediately and the balance of amount Rs.2 crores were duly paid on 27.03.2025 in terms of ors. consequently, with the full settlement of the agreed amount, no outstanding dues remain payable to the Applicant Bank by the Respondents. Accordin gly, a No Dues certificate was issued to the Respondent company on 27.03.2025. He further submits that he wish to withdraw the present TA.

In view of amicable settlement, I,Ll affidavit dated 22.04.2025 is allowed. TA 67U2OZZ is dismissed as withdrawn. All the pending IAs stand disposed of.
