IA no.5188 12024 has been filed by the applicant bank for withdrawal of the present TA.
The Ld. Counsel for the applicant bank submits that the matter is amicably settled between thepafties and the account of the defendants has been closed. She further submits that she wish to withdraw the present TA. Ld. Counsel for applicant bank also prayed for refund of the court fee.
In view of amicable settlement, IA no.5188/2024 is allowed. TA 121812022 is dismissed as withdrawn, being amicably settled. Registry is directed to refund the couft fee asper rules. All the pending IAs stand disposed of.
The date already fixed on 10.03.2025 before the Ld. Registrar stands cancelled.
