Mr. Verma, has made a statement at the Bar that the bank has taken a decision to withdraw the notice under Section 13(2) and bank would issue a fresh demand notice. Counsel for the applicant states that applicant has to bear the burden of Court fees and the same be refunded.
In view of the circumstances, it is hereby ordered that bank would credit the account of the applicant by Rs.25,000/-. With the above observations SA stands disposed of .
