Advocate for the Applicant submits that the matter has been fully and finally settled with the Respondent for a sum of Rs.22.50 crores and accordingly, the Respondent issued No Dues Letter dated 26.04.2023 to the Applicant and nothing remains in the SA. and hence seeks withdrawal of the S.A. In view of the above submissions, I.A. No.1965 of 2025 is allowed and resultantly, S.A. No.95 of 2023 stands disposed of as withdrawn. Pending IAs, if any, stand disposed of.
