Request is very genuine, since the notice under Section 13(2) has been withdrawn by the respondent bank all the expenses incurred by them since the issuance of notice 13(2) and other proceedings under the Securitization, expenses shall not be debited to the account of the applicant or recovered from the applicant herein.
In view of the above, this Securitization Application stands disposed of.
